Reservation requests

When you contact us via the reservation form, the data you provide (name, phone, e-mail, date, time, number of guests, message) is stored to process your request and sent to us by e-mail. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Your rights

You generally have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

Cookies & consent

On your first visit we set only technically necessary cookies. Optional services (statistics) are loaded only after your explicit consent via our cookie banner. We store your choice locally in your browser; you can revoke or change it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021).

Reach measurement with Matomo

After your consent we use Matomo, an open-source web analytics tool that we operate on our own server. No data is shared with third parties. Your IP address is anonymised before storage. Among other things, we process pages visited, time of access, approximate location (city/region level), browser and device type – for statistical evaluation and to improve our offering. You can disable collection at any time via the cookie settings.

Social networks (Facebook)

We link to our Facebook page (provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Facebook content is not embedded on our website – no data is transferred to Meta unless you actively click the link. Only when you open our Facebook page do Meta's privacy policy and its processing, over which we have no influence, apply.

Maps (OpenStreetMap)

The directions map is provided via OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation). When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to their servers.

Push notifications & web app (PWA)

You can optionally subscribe to push notifications (e.g. new menu, promotions). Activation only happens at your explicit request via your browser. A technical subscription key (endpoint) is stored, through which notifications are delivered. You can revoke the subscription at any time in your browser or via the button on the website.
